Had some ups and downs as usual over the past few days. Saturday was a thriller with Norwich v Liverpool a FT 4 : 5 result
Lost on Norwich to win and draw and first to score. but managed to recover some back during live betting on over 6.5 and over 7.5 goals. Could have won more if not for the last minute winner by Lallana at 92 minute.
That's why soccer is so exciting. Had a major setback yesterday on Westham v Man City, I knew it was going to be a high scoring match, was contemplating on placing bets on exact score 2-2, 3-2,2-3 and 3-3. However, after some thought, I decided to bet Total Goals 5-9 goals, as it covers more possibility if Man city wins by a landslide. FT was 2:2 and I was hitting myself not going with the initial judgement.

- A-league Newcastle Jets v wellington, (FT 3:1)
- Am glad that I stopped the martingale, if not I would have been punting $200 on this game
- I went with over 2.5 when the score was 1:0 to newcastle jets. So it was a good win
- Won: $28
- SPL- Valencia v Vallacano, (FT 2:2)
- This was suppose to be my pick of the day, I placed it under my snowball bet and was confident that Valencia were finally going to win.
- When I caught the live stream, Valencia were 0:1 down, I wanted to wait for o1.5 odds to change but valencia scored. Was pretty sure that there would be 1 more goal with the pace of the game
- So bet o2.5 when it was 1:1 . However, Vallacano scored and I bet on o3.5 hoping Valencia could fight back in the game.
- Eventually the score was 2:2, Valencia had a goal disallowed prior to the second goal.
- Won: $8
- Liverpool v Man Utd (FT 0:1), Stoke v Arsenal (FT 0:0)
- Waiting for live-betting to observe the game before placing a bet
- Bought o1.5 for both games and lost both. Enough said.

- Feyenoord v PSV (FT 0:2)
- Stalemate at halftime, was pretty sure there will be a goal this game.
- PSV scored early in the second half , and I took a risk in better over 1.5
- PSV scored again late in the game, phew~

Saturday is Sports Betting Day
Placed a total of 11 bets today.
Ended with an overall of -$14.75.
Had a 4-fold multiple which could have won $410 if Leicester win Aston Villa.
As this was the last game pending to be cleared, I decided to cover with tgover 1.5 only at a later stage of the game.
Oh well, this is how sports betting is.
So after stopping on A-League Martingale, it is kind of weird for me to bet on A league again.
Will see how this goes ...

End of journey for Aleague Martingale
Well, it's only been 38 matches long and it was really enjoyable while it lasted.
Ended with a slight profit of $24.50. But prior to today, I had $195 more.
I decided not to chase on the Martingale system because not only does it take a huge bankroll, it take huge emotional discipline. Betting $100 on a game knowing that if I lose I might have to bet $200 the next is not a good feeling.
Thus, I decided to end the journey with a slight profit and that is that.
Will still be going on my Snowball Bet though.

Beloved A League Is Here Again
Out of the 3 bets yesterday, managed to win only one with the highest payout.
Hull -1.5 with a FT score of 2-0
Chelsea was a disappointment and Toulouse only managed a 1-1 draw at FT
Overall loss of $3 in my 3 main bets.
However, I woke up early again to live-bet on the matches available. Usually Singaporepools will offer live-bet for all live EPL matches, but surprisingly they only open 3 matches to bet.
Liverpool v Arsenal - which was already 2-2 when I woke up
Man City v Everton - A stalemate, which I live bet Over0.5 and lost $30
Tottenham v Leicester - FT 0-1 to Leicester which I live-bet Over 1.5 and lost another $30
Bringing the over loss for yesterday $63.
Anyway, more good days ahead.

Despite losing my bets last night.
Managed to won some money on live-betting. Man utd over 4.5, and over 5.5. Newcastle last goal was bitter sweet, because I bet$50 on Man Utd to win while they were leading 1-0.
Overall with a $20 profit.

New Year New Me ?
Happy New Year to the my visitors who stumbled upon my blog!
It is not easy, juggling work, school, starting a small startups and blogging together at the same time. Wish there is more than 24 hours in a day. Don't we all?
